Government websites contain policies, services, forms, programme information, directories, announcements and many other types of public information. The challenge is not simply generating fluent answers. It is ensuring the response is based on the right official material.

An AI experience should therefore begin with knowledge governance: which websites, documents and approved answers are allowed to inform the agent, how those sources are updated and what the agent should do when the evidence is incomplete.
